Some of our apparel and merchandise is made-to-order through our print-on-demand (POD) partners. These items are produced specifically for you once your order is placed, so they follow a different set of rules.
All POD Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for print-on-demand products due to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
We strongly encourage you to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders for POD items move into production quickly. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll step in and make it right.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Refunds are not issued for POD items.
