Tag your packing slip
Include the RMA number on your packing slip and/or affix it to the outside of your package.

Remanufacturing at CraneWerks
Your wire rope hoist will be disassembled and a repair quote will be sent to you in a timely manner for your review. When applicable, the price of a new hoist will be included for your comparison.
